Working with Saba was completely transformational - I never could have anticipated the difference she made, both in the short term but also now, several years later. She listened completely non-judgementally, taking time to really understand how my life worked and where the challenges were in terms of making healthy choices and looking after myself. Saba was relentlessly encouraging, supportive and pragmatic, she never made me feel embarrassed or inadequate, I completely trusted her and found her very easy to relate to.
